Coaching Supervision Groups
Open, supportive, and inclusive
Coaches need support for themselves and often don’t value the importance of self care. Having a safe, supportive space to explore the many feelings and body sensations that emerge in sessions with clients can provide a coach with clearer ways to understand what is and is not being communicated. This type of group offers a space to debrief, share, and better understand subtle nuances that appear in a coaching session. If you are a coach and seeking connection and a growth, please contact Liz for more information.
“I found Liz’s mentoring incredibly valuable. She helped me find my voice and my way and I felt completely seen, heard and valued.”
