A ten session series is the ultimate self care for your body. It addresses your structure and function layer by layer, from surface to deep, eventually creating a middle that is supportive, and inline with gravity. The 10 is a way to wake up your body so it can support you at it’s best.

After your 10 series, you may wonder what’s next? You don’t need another 10 series, and there is much more you can do to support your body for life! We can do a session, mini series,but the post 10 is a great time for maintenance work. Making SI part of your life, you’ll grow with more ease.
ADVANCED SI
Think of Advanced SI as an opporortunity to take yet another dive to create even more change at a deeper layer than in the 10 series or post 10 work. Try a mini series or explore a 4 or 5 series. In the 10 you wake up, in advanced work, you’ll grow up with more ease.
