One hour sessions for teams of all sizes.  

Themes include

  • Reduce work day body tensions and stressors 

  • Provide guidance to improve remote setup (ergonomics)

  • Teach easy to follow  exercises to support structure, function and nervous system 

  • Offer strategies to help with exhaustion, anxiety, and sleep

I  gather information to  analyze and create a plan of action for the team.
