Amazing Professional

Structural Integration

Why did I wait so long!

It has been seventeen years since I had bodywork done by Liz. Last year I suffered a traumatic injury to my heel. After surgery, PT, massage, and chiropractic work, I still had no relief. After just one session, I feel significantly better. I was surprised to find that I will only need about 3-4 sessions with Liz to get my body back in line. I am so happy that the thought crossed my mind to go back to my old friend Liz. I am elated!

help when needed

Over many years I have had a large body of body work including Rolfing. Several years ago I had a total knee replacement and had been doing wonderfully up until a few weeks ago. Liz is a premier rolfer in the community. She knows how to make my body more aligned with ease and flow. It's not painful. It's actually super yummy to feel my rib cage get back to balance. a life changing difference

Having injured myself several years ago, I was not able to run, hike or even walk without further injury. I tried much highly recommended physical therapy, but that didn't help. "Human Again"

After a session with Liz, I am reminded of that scene from Beauty and The Beast, where the servants had been turned into table items (salt shaker, teapot, etc.) and they dream of becoming human again. Liz's work really sets me back on track - I stand taller, breathe deeper, my eyes open wider and my general well-being is restored. Physically, emotionally and better able to stand solidly on my own two feet.

Liz has changed my life, made recovery possible

I was recommended to Liz Stewart for a full rolfing "ten series" as my recovery from auto-related neck and head trauma was not progressing with other therapies alone--my progress would keep rolling back. After the fourth session, I noticed significant changes in the pliability and responsivness of my body, and after the full series I have greatly improved the quality of my life. After the first visit, I left feeling light and very peaceful

My first session was very powerful. I definitely plan on returning. I left feeling much more balanced, left to right, top to bottom, inside to outside, and heart to head. What a difference a session makes

I had ACL and Meniscus surgery 3 weeks ago. Liz helped me 3 times so far and each session made me feel more confident to walk again and more aligned to walk properly, so the long term side effects of surgery could be minimized and the smoothness of recovery could be maximized. Thank you! There's a lot of body workers out there doing good work. This is always excellent work. Liz is tuned in to the natural functions of the body.

Incredible long term results!

Liz did her first rolfing "magic" with me in 2001. I had overstretched and herniated the hamstring ligaments in my right leg. I couldn't sit comfortably and was unable to stoop or walk without pain for more than a year. I tried everything from massage to chiropractic care to acupuncture...all without improvement. After 10 sessions with Liz, I had my life back! Now, I see Liz for "tune-ups" and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Helping Me Breathe Again

I saw Liz when I was 37 weeks pregnant to help with the alignment of my pelvis and to help open up my rib cage a bit. I believe her intentionality, personal care and talent were a great blessing to me and my body. First Session

Great! I was looking for a way to let you know about my experience. A good feel at first. Then driving away, I thought, wow, it didn't even feel like Liz ' did' anything.
